问题

出于好奇（其实是解决问题，我需要下载这个APP），打开了 F12 开发者模式。
看到了控制台（Console）有奇怪的输出

第一条信息的大概意思是，服务器的response信息中，表明的body的类型是 application/vnd.android.package-archive ，但是我们电脑上可能无法处理。
第二条信息的意思是，在 https 的网站上，使用了 http 这种 非安全 的链接，所以 下载取消 了。

那么，既然获取到了下载地址。其他的就是浮云了

总结

淘宝这样做，是为了方便Android的自动安装。
下载完成后可以调用本机的安装程序进行后续操作。还是挺人性化的。
